Pre-Order Processing

All items sold by AlwayzSlayinqCollections LLC are PRE-ORDER items unless otherwise stated.

Because all orders are pre-orders, please allow 5–15 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Due to high order volume, processing times may occasionally exceed the estimated timeframe. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to fulfill every order with care.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location. Please note that shipping time is separate from processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

AlwayzSlayinqCollections LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, AlwayzSlayinqCollections LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple pre-order items, your package may ship once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
