Chargeback & Fraud Policy

At AlwayzSlayinqCollections LLC, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Chargeback & Fraud Policy.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact AlwayzSlayinqCollections LLC first to resolve any concerns regarding an order before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card provider.

Filing a chargeback for an order that has been processed, shipped, or delivered without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may be considered a violation of this policy.

Order Verification

To protect against fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to:

Verify customer information before processing an order.
Request additional identification or proof of billing information.
Cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Evidence Submitted for Disputes

If a chargeback is filed, AlwayzSlayinqCollections LLC reserves the right to submit all available evidence to the payment processor or financial institution, including but not limited to:

Order confirmations.
Shipping and delivery tracking information.
Customer communications.
Proof of delivery.
Billing and IP address verification.
Any other documentation supporting the validity of the transaction.

Fraudulent Chargebacks

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

Permanent cancellation of future orders.
Refusal of service.
Collection efforts for any unpaid balances.
Legal action where permitted by applicable law.

Pre-Order Acknowledgement

By placing a preorder, customers acknowledge and agree to the stated processing time of 5–15 business days (or longer during periods of high order volume) and understand that processing time is separate from shipping time. Chargebacks filed solely because an order is within the disclosed processing timeframe may be disputed using this policy and the customer's agreement at checkout.
