Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Have all original tags attached.
Be in the original packaging.
Be free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or damage.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale or clearance items.
Gift cards.
Customized or personalized items.
Bodysuits, undergarments, swimwear, beauty products, and earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need a different size or color, please contact us to see if an exchange is available.
